Legislation Signed into Law, Sponsored by Assemblyman Magnarelli 1999-2018
Assemblyman William B. Magnarelli has represented the 129th District from 1999 to 2018. During his tenure in the NYS Assembly, he has Chaired numerous Assembly Standing Committees such as the Municipal Governments and Veterans committees, and has been appointed by the Speaker and Governor to serve on various task forces and boards, most notably the powerful Regional Economic Development Council over-seeing and deciding on projects for the Central New York Region.
Assemblyman Magnarelli believes that these accomplishments are due to an ability to foster bi-partisan cooperation and to compromise, when necessary, to get the job done for the benefit of his constituents. After all, this is what government is meant to do! Assemblyman Magnarelli is running for re-election this November 2018, so that he will return to Albany with his vast experience and leadership skills to bring home results for Central New York.
